Making A Purchase
Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selections, click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order via our PayPal merchant account. We accept all major credit/debit card payments including Amex NOTE: You do not need a Paypal account to use this service. If you are shopping from the UK or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to GB Pounds Sterling or your own currency.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable to you.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping charged is for postage at UK Royal Mail postal rates for the service chosen by you plus packaging costs.
We will endeavour to process your order to and post it to you in within 3 working days. At extremely busy times this may take a liitle longer and we will notify you, by e-mail, if we expect any excessive delays.
At the point of Despatch you will receive a notification via e-mail containing the status and also, where applicable, a Royal Mail Tracking Number.
The time taken from this point to to you receiving the order is dependent on the mail service used and Match Attax Superstore cannot be held responsible for any delays.
If Packages are not received by you then we will help with any tracking or compensation claim for the item as all items are insured when posted.
There is no VAT to be added to our prices as we are currently non-VAT registered (we are currently below the VAT threshold)
